We carefully remove your existing roof and recycle it, further adding to our eco-credentials.
A specially engineered eaves-beam is secured to the existing frames and the main house wall to in preparation for the roof pods.
Custom designed roof-pods are installed and you can begin to see your new roof take shape.
Three layers of special insulation are added to ensure that you new roof is both cool in summer and warm in winter.
Counter battens, breathable membrane, ventilation, tiles, fascias, gutters and new lead flashings are installed to complete the external transformation.
Our qualified electricians carry out the first-fix for lighting.
Our plasterers arrive to apply a smooth, quality finish to your interior roof surfaces.
Our electrician then returns to complete the fitting of the low voltage LED lighting to the lighting pelmet.
Following completion, we make sure everything is clean and tidy before leaving site.
Final checks are made before leaving site to ensure the work has been carried out to your complete satisfaction
